Dr Wj Basson
No help!

Just after my baby was born I went to DR WJ BASSON because I had very bad backache. He wanted to do some blood tests. When I was there I asked the admin lady to make a note that they must please email me the statements and not post - because I was in the proses of moving. After about a year I received a phone call from a bad mannered lady saying I owed them money - and then failed to send me the statements yet again, this happened for about 3 times. Then luckily I know somebody in management at Ampath and they wrote off the account because it was a small amount. Then last week (about 4 months after the account has been written off) I received a sms saying that I'm going to be handed over! Then I left 12 messages for the accounts lady @ DR WJ BASSON to please contact me and NOTHING - so what must I do?
