Medical aid had to pay for goods not received

Visited them with my daughter's drooling rash next to mouth - 2 weeks ago. I also saw the doctor. He gave me a prescription for a cream for her, and put it on his table while attending to me. I forgot the prescription there, and when I realised, I called them - they came back saying: sorry, not our problem - you'll have to come in again - and pay Over R1000 again (which my medical aid had already paid)! This is very poor service - they won't see me again. And I think they should also loose their extremely bad mannered receptionist - she has to work on her attitude.
