I had blood tests done at Lancet and SPECIFICALLY requested that the statement be emailed to me. It was posted. Had to phone their office 3 TIMES before I finally got hold of the account. Then, even though it was marked as PRIVATE they tried to claim it from my medical aid. I phone them at least twice a week. Their service is absolutely pathetic, I would advise no one to ever use Lancet. Also I cannot pay my account via EFT, the easypay website that they advise you to use, doesn't work and everytime I attempt a transaction my bank phones me to ask about. Horrible
