What benefit?

I booked two Nu Metro movie tickets through the Own Your Life Reward system following all the procedures and getting confirmation for these 2 tickets. When I got to the cinema I tried to swipe the credit card at the machine but it stated I could not redeem it and had to do it at the counter. Standing in the queue and then spending 20 min trying to find any details regarding the booking did not work. Then missing the beginning of the movie we ended up having to pay the full price for the movie... So much for benefits... More frustration than anything else!
