A bad movie experience

Since having our child, my wife and I hardly frequent the cinema, but when we do go... it's A NIGHT OUT!

So I purchased the tickets on 7 June 2013 for Star Trek (Into the Darkness) for the 8th June 20:00 show. I got confirmation from my back that the money was drawn, but even after entering my e-mail address, I got NO confirmation of anything (which means no reference no.).

When we get there, there are queues everywhere, after standing in the self - checkout queue for 15 mins, the system does NOT read the credit card I purchased with and no tickets come. Naturally this is embarrassing with about 10 minutes before the movie starts and no on (not even the manager on duty) takes ownership.

So I have to argue with one of the popcorn girls to check for me, again NOTHING... until she calls the manager and he magically finds my booking.

Blood boiling, because no on apologizes or takes responsibility for the chaotic situation that not only me, but many others are experiencing.

Eventually we get the tickets and get into the show while the movie has already begun.

This was a total flop of DATE night for my wife and I...
