The service at Bestmed stinks!!

On May 9, 2013 I logged a ticket, nr. E0F4E8B51B628, requesting 2 additional membership cards.
At this point I would like to note: I asked for 2 memberships cards. A very simple request.

On May 14, 2013, after I had to enquire, I got an email from Rosy Moore, and she noted that these cards will be dispatched soon.
As it stands Rosy Moore's word is worth nothing.
On June 19, 2013, I enquired again. This time no response, till today.

Please note anybody thinking of joining Bestmed, simple tasks is an issue for them!
And it is such a pity, as this is about asking for 2 additional membership cards.

Pathetic!!!

And I am sure the normal, PR will now follow, how sorry they are etc. etc.
