Again - telling they covering and then they do not

Was in hospital again with kidney infections. I have kidney failure (Polycystic Kidneys). The doctor wanted to do a MRI on me because of my kidneys that is so big and it is pressing against my back on my spin. The Hospitable phone Discovery to know it they cover it and they said yes and now suddenly they do not cover it at all and there is no reports of the phone call at all. This is not the fist time that this is happen to me. This is really bad service.
