Urgent Kidney operation waiting 3 days allready

My mother in law waited from Monday Afternoon up to 6 o clock at night then only saw the doctor, her condition is very serious and her kidneys stopped working, she had to sit up straight the whole night because there's no beds available, we had to go fetch the blood results our self after 4 hours of waiting for it, waiting for the kidney specialist until Tuesday afternoon, It's an urgent operation and everything is going so slow. Today is the third day after it was discovered that she need an urgent operation, SHE IS STILL WAITING I mean seriously when you ask someone something it's as if you are interrupting their tea time they are very root and un helpful. After hours and hours exactly 16hours of waiting and wondering we asked the doctor to please help her and also tell us what's happening with her he turned around and said don't tell me what to do and walked away after 10 minutes returned and said she must wait for the kidney specialist, as she will have to get an operation done urgently these people care more about their tea breaks than dying people its discussting.
