Poor service from a medical Docte

My wife went to her doctor regarding a problem with both her kidneys on the 16-03-2013. Since then she's been receiving doctor bills but never received her medical reports can she pay if she wasn't answered yet so wat was the use of going then.they will send her a bill monthly for R46.10 and when she phones them and asked them what the doctors report was nobody can answer her. I think its very poor especially with ones kidneys and health on the line. I personally will never go to them as I'm afraid of my wellbeing.looks like the doctors there wants to walk all over their patient for a quick buck and don't care for what their main purpose in life is.very poor.
