Doctor Parris stopped caring! Did she ever care?

My 7 month old son was admitted and doctor Parris was the paediatrician that took care of him. She was very efficient at first and manage to treat the bladder infection. She also said to us that it is never normal for a boy to get a bladder infection so she needs to investigate what is causing the infection. She did a sonar and the results showed that his left kidney was swollen. She said that his urine might be refluxing back to his kidney and that causes the infection. She said she will do some tests and if there is a blockage she will refer us to a kidney specialist. She did a VCU scan and the results showed that there is no reflux. I only know this because I phoned in numerous times to get the results. She promised she will phone me back with the results but never did! She never did the test to see if there is an obstruction, she assumed that all is ok. I picked up my son's file and took him to Fourways life hospital, the doctor did a sonar and the kidney was still dilated! If I have not done this my son would of ended up in hospital again with an infection! We are know at a kidney specialist and booked for an operation as there is a obstruction in his kidney tube.
