I submitted a claim by means of email on 4 June 2013. I received a response advising that my query had been received. I then called the call centre to find out how long does it ordinarily take to process a refund for a claim I paid to the doctor myself and I was advised to give it 7 working days.
It has now been more than 7 working says, no feedback or response.
