Not honouring the Reality gym contract

Please note that I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor communication around the discontinuation of Bestmed with the Reality Programme of Sanlam. There is no consistent message also between Bestmed and the other parties namely Sanlam Reality and Virgin Active. This has lead to mixed messages of how long the membership will continue in the current form and when the "new programme" will kick in. Also note that the reason my organisation joined Bestmed was due to the benefits including the loyalty programme. I am very unhappy as I wanted to start back in earnest training this week and I am now at a juxtaposition. I also think it would be unfair to be expected to pay more money for this benefit.

Please revert urgently and note that this view is shared by my colleagues as well.
