Still waiting on contacts!

Hi there

On the 31st of December I went for an eye test at Spec-savers, St. Georges Mall. I was told that I would receive my test contacts by Friday (4th Jan) or Monday (7th) latest. Today is the 21st and I am still waiting. I have called the 8th, 14th and 18th, got the excuse of the suppliers not sending the contact on all 3 occasions.

Can some please tell me what the hold up is? I wouldnt be calling and complaining if I didnt need the contacts. If I have to wait this long to get the test contacts, how long would I have to wait to get the real contact? the plan is also the get specs. but I doubt that will happen in this year at the rate you're going.

Please fix this!!
