Dont bother phoning MSC!!!

I have been trying to speak to someone at MSC as to why they havent issued my tickets yet... what a complete pain. They have the worst call center I have ever had the misfortune of having to phone. I have tried three times to speak to someone today, my first call was dropped after waiting for 27minutes, for my second try today I gave up after 17minutes and as I am typing this I have been on hold for 34minutes!!
