A new eye test just get another pair of contacts

I wanted to order a new pair of contact lenses from them. I buy from them solely on a yearly basis and alternate with glasses. I was told that I had to get a new eye test in order to order again. i find it outrageous to have to spend unnecessarily when I have been ordering for several years with them now.
