Misrepresentation by Mashovela Lodge condoned

So I booked accomodation for a weekend at Mashovhela Lodge. It was confirmed by e-mail - and I checked beforehand telephonically. Mashovela reported they never received the booking! I was offered a flatlet - which I accepted. UIpon arriving there I was astonsihed that they put us in the most vile servant quarters!! After repeated interactions with both the resort and [URL Removed] - I amsure Mashovhela will do it again to any consumer once they become overbooked. Actually, I established that they put another woman in a tent over the same weekend we were put in servant's quarters. [URL Removed] is in on the take - and will not remove Mashovhela from their site. Thus you condone their actions and are part of the problem - which drags our hospitality industry's name through the mud!
