MISLEAD BY RCI REPRESENTATIVE

I was looking for accomodation over the Easter Weekend a few months ago. I was wait listed. Whilst at my timeshare at Sun City last, I've received a phone call from "someone"telling me there is accomodation at Mabula Lodge. I had 10 min to get back to him due to other people being wait listed as well. I was told to pay my booking fee immediately for Mabula Lodge. NOT ONCE DURING THIS RECORDED CONVERSATION WAS I TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE AT MODJAGI CAMP. Only after arriving at Mabula I became aware in stead of going to a lodge I'm staying in a unit in the middle of the bush which didn't even have Aircon. Seriously going from Sun City to a bush. What were they thinking, I've lodge a complaint to Rci about this, however to this day no one has replied to my complaint!!!
