Bad attitude from Chris

I just went to Forbes Pharmacy in East London Oxford Xtreet to buy with medical aid a Corenza-c and procydin.
the cashier aclled Chris was helping me. He gave me my medicines to pay a levy of R40 and I explained that I don't have a R40 and I asked him to reverse a procydin and give me Corenza-C only and he said he cannot do that I must come later and pay a R40.I then ask why he can't reverse a procydin and he ignored me and he called the next client. I went to approach another staff member to ask a manager and she said the manager just went out and the Assistant is this Chris who was helping me. Chris came again with bad attitude and said to me there's nothing I can do either than paying this R40 and he's the proudly said he's the only boss there. I decided to cancel all medicines that I've bought and he charged me R10.When I go to the til to pay R10 as I was having no choice he then came with Corenza C which he cancelled the procydin. He did what he was refusing to do at the begining and he was so rude. I don't like that treatment. I don't deserve it and I think he's suppose to treat me with dignity and respect and being an Assistant manager he's not suppose to be rude like that.
