Discovery Making Me Feel Like a Criminal

I would like to than Discovery Health New Business for making me feel like a criminal. I recently decided to join a medical aid. I am not sickly, I do not suffer from any chronic illnesses, I am in perfect health, I do not smoke, work out 3 times a week. I wanted to join Discovery specifically for the Vitality Rewards Program as I would save some money in gym fees. I have been unemployed for more than 18 months, so my mother decided to be my sponsor and to pay my medical aid. Since day 1 which is more than a month ago Discovery has had endless excuses and they keep requesting bank statements. I have on several occasions explained that I have been unemployed for 18 months and I cannot get recent statements as the account is closed. They are so fearful that I am trying to a R200 discount that they keep asking for documents I have already sent to them. I have sent my mother's (the payer/my sponsor) bank statements signed and stamped by the bank, her ID, an affidavit where she confirms she is my sponsor, only for Discovery to come back and request the same documents. Instead of wasting my time please tell me that you are not willing to grant me cover and to off.
