Wednesday morning at about 6:25 I requested an iron, but I waited till 7:45 and I was late for work and ended up not getting the iron and I was told that a lot of people requsted the iron. The hair dryer that was in my drawer wasn't working when I plugged it in it short circuited and that is so dangerous. The breakfas was a nightmare, sausages were raw, muffins hard as a rock! I reported to one of the waiters and he just took the sausages, didn't apologise and never came back! I left a note with my complaint in my room and when I came back, some wrote on my note as follows"we sori it won't happen again". Meaning this was never escalated. My company pays a lot of money to The Royal Hotel but in return this is the service we are getting!
