PMB Claim paid to doctors instead of me

After
months of battling, Discovery finally decided to pay some of the PMB
claims I already paid for. This morning I get an email advising my
claims are prossessed and paid to the providers! Really annoyed now. All
my receipts were attached showing I paid, Sudesh Kasipersadh from the
Ex Gratia department sent everything through after my Ex Gratia
application was denied. That is why I claimed PMB in the first place, to
be reimbursed for bills I Paid. Why pay the providers? How do I get my
money now? The doctors wont reimburse me, so what now? Please can
someone sort this out so I can get my money back. Brigitte Schwerdtfege
