Spa DISASTER and queen of the castle

FALSE ADVERTISING & treated like DOGS!
We booked an Ayurvedic massage at Illyria hotel spa. On arrival we tried to speak to the Thai therapist, the language barrier was a problem. I had to show her a picture on my phone of what an Ayurvedic massage is to which she said: "No, we no have that." We decided to change our massage to a full body massage because they did not have an Ayurvedic massage as advertised. They said that it is not a problem, we got ready for our massage. Then theThai therapist came in and said: "So sorry, the Madame said no massage for you." We went to reception and asked for the 'Madame'. We were told that the 'Madame' has left the premises. I asked for a manager, to which they answered that there is no such person there. Then I saw a lady walk past behind us, I aked if she was the 'Madame'. She told us that they are not willing to massage us, that we must leave her property immediately, that she will call the police and that she is the queen of the castle!?!?!? I asked why she decided not to massage us, to which she turned around and walked away! I tried to talk to her but she did not want to talk and basically chased us away like dogs! This is unacceptable!!
