WHAT A RIP OFF

Having twice visited this establishment, I am very disappointed. Bought a back, neck and shoulder and Indian head massage on Groupon for Soft Touch Wellbeing. The voucher was valid for R420, What did I receive? A 25 minutes massage. What a rip off! When I made the booking I asked how long the massage would be. Half an hour the guy said. I said, impossible, you telling me a half hour massage is worth R420? Oh no, he said, maybe like an hour. What did I get? Not even half an hour massage! When the lady finished massaging, off she went and left me there, didn't even say she's finished. I thought she'd gone to get more oil or something. Lay there for about 12 minutes, then got up and got dressed. She was in the reception area. Would have been nice if she said she was finished instead of just waltzing off and leaving me lying there. 25 min, I thought there was no way she could be finished. I was so wrong! They are obviously in the business of selling loads of vouchers on Groupon and then getting the people in and out of the door as quickly as possible!
