Worst massage ever!

Had a massage at sorbet melrose on Saturday. First of all, the therapist started the massage with really cold fingers. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued with the massage, I waited for that 'feel good' moment that one generally experiences during a massage. It never arrived. The pressure was wrong even after mentioning a few times that was not what I wanted. All she did was apply oil to my body and if that was what I wanted I would never have booked for a "massage" as I could have done that at home. This was definitely the worst massage I've ever had.
