Worst massage eve

I booked a massage on 30 March, i had so many knots and wanted to relax for 30 minutes so i thought a massage would be the best thing.

The lady avoided every single one of my knots, the moment she felt them she moved to the other side of my back and didnt attempt to get them out, she then used her ELBOW for most of the treatment, she presses her elbow from one side of my back all the way through the other side with her full body weight, it was so so painful, i have never experienced that in my life, she even went over my spine with that pressure a few times which was terrible!

I walked out of there feeling so tense, i will never book another massage there, there was not even one minute of pure relaxation.
