JIVA SPA .. CAUSES YOU MORE STRESS

I called to make a booking. Between Jiva Spa and "Taste By Taj", no one could accomodate me with an appointment on 23 June 2013 after 3pm. I am a member, using my voucher. Its not FREE, I paid for it. I am taking a paying customer with me, so require a couples massage. Jiva Spa cannot accomodate me cause members can only use the spa between 9am and 2pm. So I can come before 1.30, but my partner can come after 3pm. How ridiculous. After leaving messages for the Jiva Spa manager, some Miss Walling to call me, to no avail. I keep speaking to Jackie who refuses to accomodate me.
I've just had it with Taj Cape Town, they're an embarassment
