Firstly I would like to say when it comes to customer service I'm very fussy and demand everything should be in order, That's why I would like to thank Avis for the wonderful service rendered to us in January 2013 as well as today with our current booking. Tanya Ambaram is a valuable asset to this organisation as when we contacted her for bookings and assistance with the car hire when we went to Cape Town she arranged everything not on a professional level but far exceeded that superiority of professionalism. Tanya deserves the highest accolade your organisation could give as she's a true exemple of what customer care should be and being a true ambassador for AVIS.The ladies at the Cape Town Airport who assisted us on the 12th of January also changing the vehicle to a bigger one to accomodate us was exemplary and very professional. Please convey our sincere and ever thankful gratitude to these staff members who's made our journey pleasant and hassle free. I would definitely recommend AVIS to friends and family.
