I submitted a claim on the 17th of may, they said I will get a call on monday and they never did, on tuesday i called them, like everyone they tell me they were about to call me. Anyway the claim was authorised and they said the panel beater will call me, he never did. I called them and they told me they can only accomodate me on the 10th of june, I told them thats too far to stay without a car. I was told I can look for a panel shop that will accomodate me and send them a quyote wich I did and they promised to come back to me the same day which was on monday the 24th. Till today no one has called me back. She is not replying my e mails, I left messages no one calls me back, their phones are always busy. Can someone help please. This was not the service I was promised when I was recruited away from the insurance I had before
