Supplier will not honour vouche

Wow Group On have you got a lot of complaints against you...

I bought and paid for a voucher for Radiance Wellness Centre in Cape Town.

I tried to make an appointment to redeem this voucher and was told they were very busy and I could only book after the voucher has expired but they said that was okay.

The first appointment was then cancelled by your provider the day before my appointment ie 11th April, 2013..I was given a new date and time, that being today at 4.00pm.

One hour before the appointment was due your provider cancelled a second time saying she had not been paid by Group On and therefore would not honour the voucher.

I was then sent a long SMS about Group On not paying and she is not a charity etc..

This is quite ridiculous.. How can your customers be in the middle of payment dispute between you and your service providers and be subjected to long SMS's about matters which have no concern to me.
