I purchased 3 Daddys Deal vouchers each costing R500, R1500 in total. It was couples vouchers so it was for 6 people in total (3 couples). I was initially told that we cannot attend in a group as they can only accomodate 4 people at a time and only 2 sessions are available, so 4 people during the morning session and 4 people during the afternoon session. A booking was made over 2 months in advance. From the onset it was extemely difficult to get hold of them on the phone and email. The appointment was for 30/08/2013 (saturday), in that week (tuesday) 27/8/2013 I called to confirm and spoke to Masego. I am now told that they cannot accomodate 4 of us at a time so only 2 people in the morning and 2 people in the afternoon. If I had not called nobody would hav bothered to inform me and4 out of the 6 guests are from out of town (pta/vereeniging)/. On the eve of the the treatment that is friday night my garndma passed away and the funeral was taking place on he next day (saturday) as we are muslims. So I EMAILED THEM .iN A NUT SHELL I CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM AND IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE OR REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. HOW DISSAPOINTING FOR SUCH AN UPMARKET SPA. I AM APPALLED
