PATHETIC SERVICE

I actually wanted to settle my Cape Peninsula University of Technology account and the number for Cape Town Creditworx is not reliable and they are fully aware of that. I opted for Johannesburg and they have been transferring me to more than 10 people and the worst part im using my money to make a call the last one just decided to drop the phone on my ear i mean this is rude you need to teach them manners and how to behave when you talking with the client over the phone. Your service is pathetic and the only two things i wanted is the account number and they telling me the excuse of not picking up my name on the system and thats not my fault as i called the number provided to call. They are so rude. I have been leaving the messages on Cape Town branch but all in vain since friday my worry is that the account is gonna be on arreas and the amount is gonna accumulate imagine how frustrating it is. You need to make means to accomodate your clients. If i dont get the response by tomorrow im gonna go and settle amount with the school as you dont seen to know how to treat clients.
