I am really getting annoyed by your staff and your processes. My family uses your services often but it always leave a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with you.

I almost never get the account in the post and never via email, even though I have to complete the form every single time. Then I get a phonecall from a private number with one of your rude operators informing me that the phonecall is recorded and then demanding my date of birth.

Now, I don't like being treated like a delinquent and certainly won't give my personal details to anyone over the phone. I don't appreciate the tone and I don't appreciate the "private number" either.

The problem is obviously the archaic systems that you use. If they were any good then you would have my account details on file and I would not have to fill in the form every time. You would also have my email address on file and you will also know that I have used your services more than a few hundred times over the past 20 years. You would also know that I pay on time, every time - on the condition that I get an account either posted or emailed to me.

Please, get your act together. You are not the only pathology laboratory service around.
