Recieved a Letter stating I owe Lancet R355

To whom it may concern

I recieved a letter dated 09/07/13 from Itc acc no. V1808627, stating that i owe Lancet R355. The later states that 'despite our previous requests for payment, your account for pathology services rendered remains unpaid'. sorry? I gave birth to my Lg in January..she had Yellow jaundice and thus i was instructed by my midwife to conduct the blood tests at Lancet laboratory for which i Paid CASH. So im really clueless as to what i owe you guys. Also why a letter from itc 6 months later? According to the letter you people have tried to contact me before ..if that is the case why havent i recieved anything in my mailbox from Lancet. This is utter nonsense as i wont pay for services i never required. LIinkwood did not conduct any blood tests on my baby either. Here is one of the blood test reciepts
Rec. No. 000240590-0 date: 6/10/12 (incorrect date!) Acc no. V1338224 (different acc no) signed by Gareth Bryce Chothia. Oh my this is a clear indication of how pathetic your accounts department is. I will contact my midwife as well as netcare linwood to investigate this matter further and ill be sure to warn friends and family about Lancet Laboratories.!
