Good day

I am a very unhappy client and very disappointed in RCS and the staff. I have made a payment arrnage for November and i also asked for my details to be updated on the system. A guy by the name of Allister and a lady by the name of Jolene contacted a family member of mine and gave out all my account info and details which is unacceptable and this caused a whole stir within my family to a point where we not even talking to each other. I was handed over to legal after making serval payment arrangements which no one got in contact with me but instead they contacted my dad for this and he doesnt know of anything. For the last time please remove the cell number 0762655632 from the system as my number is 0792249820. I dont want any info given out to any of my relatives as this is my account and not anyone else's. I thought my details should have been private and convitential but clearly its not anymore. I want an apology letter send to me via email to [Email Removed] and i will make a payment on my account at the end of November.
