Unknown outstanding account

Lancet Laboratories handed me over to SCS/L Marks Attorneys. I have never received an account via post / email / sms nor received a single phone call informing me of such an outstanding account. The account has been outstanding for 6 months based on insufficient medical aid funds, the time I was in hospital I had funds.

Did you not ask me to complete forms with contact details on them!

I will pay the outstanding amount but cos of your incompetence I will treat you the same and ignore the legal fees
