Discovery giving me the run around

I requested early payment of funds in my MSA, due to financial difficulty having lost my job recently. in my first communication with discovery on the 20th of may I was told that payment will be made within three working days, today is the 14th of June and I have still not been paid. I have spoken to 5 different people waiting 3 working days in between and they all keep making the same promise. "your funds will be paid within 3 working days". Is this what doctors go through? It's no wonder many doctors want to be paid upfront.
