Not reflecting Claims

After submitting Claims for doctors consult, a Verbal aggreement was entererd telephonically stating that I need only submit the Proof of payment of Doctors consult. Now there is all different excuses for not completing payment to myself. The initial agreement according to Discovery Health was 2 - 3 Working days, it has been since the beginning of last week that this claim has been continuing and no assistance from Discovery and still no Money.
