WORST MEDICAL AID SERVICE EVER!!!

Paying for medical aid and when my 6 month old son was referred for emergency admission because he had brongulites and has been vomiting for over 3week's DISCOVERY DENIED authorisation because i was put on the WRONG plan from a Discovery broker. (NOT mine or my baby's problem) i had to pay ALL expenses for my son to get medical attention when i have been paying for medical aid... now i got promised by Discovery Broker to get n refund on my expenses and I'm still waiting been 2 weeks and still they demand payment when according to the DISCOVERY broker they owe me... this is just a money making thing for them!!!
its SAD that money and a WRONG plan was worth MORE than a 6month old baby's HEALTH!!!
Thanks to a Doctor at milnerton medi clinic my child got the medical attention he needed (to be treated at home) FREE of charge!! discovery should feel ashamed!!!
