Dissapointed with Fedhealth

I am extremely disappointed with Fedhealth.
I see medical aids & insurances as a false sense of security!!!
When you claim for small petty amounts, no problem, they are there!!!
When the paw-paw hits the fan!!! Sorry, you need 48 hours for confirmation or read the small print.
Hello... In 48 hours the patient might be dead. It's not like a pregnancy or hysterectomy that could be planned. & then I can understand the implication of abuse of the Medical Aid.

This is a genuine emergency! Nothing planned... Ummm in 3 days time, I'm gonna be sick!!!

When the Doctor's assistant calls... mess around, cut her off because it's the long weekend!!! I sincerely hope that this happens to one of your family members so that you can feel the helplessness that I had for my wife's critical condition!!!

I am in fact totally DISGUSTED!!!
