After a year a claim comes trough after being hosp

Good day. Generaly I'm very satisfied with Discovery. I had a rough time last year at a hospital. Discovery paid evertything. later I moved to another hospital to my docter and evertyhing was fine. Now all of a sudden, I get an account for blood that was drawn whilst in hospital September 2012. It was from Lancet and they phoned me in January, explaining that the nurse filled the document in as me being a private person, she rectified it and filled in Discovery. Our medical broker's assistant queried it with Discovery as they send trough the bill again recently. Adelia says that Discover says they are not paying.. come on guys! Help me with this one, you never gave me any problems before. I was in hospital when blood was drawn, fully hospital plan.
