On the 24 April I escalated a complaint to your customer service department. My fist response was on the 30 April, to inform me the matter had been escalated, to date I have received no response.
Please be informed that Iam still experiencing the same headaches, they're getting worse by the day. What gives you the right to question the doctors decision to send me for a scan still perplexes me. Not to mention that I pay exactly R2380 monthly for this medical aid, in my opnion anyone paying that shouldn't have any problems receiving any type of medical attention.

I initially went to a GP, who referred me to a specialist, the day I was referred by the specialist to the CT Mediclinic, I took a half day off work and I paid for a consultations for both doctors, only for you to decide that what I'm experiencing (excruciating headaches) is not something seious.
Why would 2 doctors regard this as seious and not you.
I demand urgent resolution and no excuses.
