Bad service at 54 on Bath

I visited 54 on Bath for the first time last week & was shocked by the lack of good service received. Firstly I ordered a bottle of wine which they came back to me & said there is no stock, so I chose something else. Same again, no stock. I chose another wine, again NO STOCK... by then I was quite annoyed. I went to the restaurant to have dinner. I was constantly trying to flag down a waiter everytime I needed something. I had a fillet steak which was the overcooked and dry. I was so irritated with the food that I had no energy to complain. I barely touched my food & R1250.00 later, I left. I most certainly wont return, the hotel is just below average in terms of service. I generally book at Tsogo Sun Hotels, but this one leaves nothing to be desired.
