Atrocious Service and Food in Restaurant

My boyfriend took me to the Fire&Ice as a treat for my 30th Birthday. We tried the restaurant. We were firstly seated at a table next to a leaky fish tank - the cleaner had to come with towels every five minutes to try and mop up the wet mess our feet were in (I understand that the leak was not their fault but it set the tone) At 19h30 we found a waiter to take our order, at about 20h00 we found a waiter from another table and asked him to bring us a bottle of wine - he eventually plonked a warm unopened bottle in front of us, we had to use the ice from cocktails we had bought from the bar to cool the wine down. Eventually at 9 we asked the lady cleaning the floor to get us our waiter - she ran around desperately, the waiter came and asked us to remind him what we had ordered - 30 mins later we recieved our expensive overdone starters and mains at one - i ordered salmon which was a horrible dry mess and my boyfriend received a overdone burger (asked for M-R) the burger was R120 and no chips were brought to us, the manager agreed the meal should have come with chips, the starters should be first and the food was overcooked - we left the food and only paid for the wine
