So its taken me more than 2 months to obtain a quote from Bonitas to add my mom as a beneficiary. everytime there is a waiting period, they would send me emails and i would reply asking a simple question (what is the late joiner fee) then i have to wait 3 days for a response. i call them every alternative day (always on hold for long periods) and they promise me that the team leader would return my call with the answers and a quote. its the 11 June 2013 and my mother still doesnt have medical aid cover.i have reference numbers galore, it doesnt help me.i am going to terminate my scheme with them and move on to greener pastures. i will not recommend anybody to deal with them, a huge practise, yet unproffessional and complicated in every way. one doesnt need these types of complications in one's life. i work in the water department and if i should deliver contaminated water to end users, they would surely question my capabilities. so... pity Bonita's - you have one disgusted client who is intentionally going to spread negative comments about your reputation.
