This is with disgust that I write this complaint as this is the first time I have receive a letter to say I owe Lancet Labs. Last year when I went to the heart specialist and they sent me for blood test I wanted to pay the account, At the Lancet Milpark hospital Laboratories, they said there Debit machine was not working, if I could go pay it once I got the statement,
after not getting one I went to the Lancet Laboratories in Boksburg Tricharts RD to pay the account they told me Discovery Medical had paid the account. I never got any account to say I had an amount outstanding!!!
Now I get a lawyers" RL DALY" letter saying that I have been handed over for not paying the account, this is not right nor professional Lacet Laboratories MUST GET THERE ACCOUNTS in order. IN FUTURE i WILL NOT BE USING THEM AND WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO USE THEM EITHER!
