I contacted Discovery Health on 20 February and spoke to Simmy in regard to Discovery not honouring a document we received in June 2012 in regard to chronic medication. (Had the same problem las year) Simmy asked if I could please forward the letter we have to her boss Devan Arumugan and they would revert asap. Rang this morning as we have received no response and was led the usual runaround - and Devan was 'not answering his phone'.
Why do we have to go the Hellopeter route every time we want service? Poor if you ask me.
Will someone with some savvy please find my correspondence (e-mail on 20 February), find out why Discovery is not honouring their letter from June 2012 and call me back?
