Query not resolved since June

Discovery promised through two consultants to pay a certain fee pertaining to PMB's. This started in June. Since then I've had 2 consultants telling me that the first two are probably wrong. One Aaron made promises to investigate and contact me and I am still waiting. That was in August. Since then I have phoned every few weeks to get someone to give me feedback but there is no feedback. The latest consultant, Diane also promised to follow up and go listen to the original calls. (the two reference #'s I have are 2965108173 and 3039781891)

I have spoken to probably 7 consultants. I have been nice, I've pleaded, been very irritated and rude and everything in between. I am fed up.

From now on, every 5 days I will post a complaint on hellopeter and share it to my 950 Facebook friends and all my Twitter followers until this is resolved. Don't bother telling me you'll follow up, because those words mean nothing from what I can tell.
