Aloe Ridge Hotel
Poor sevice, no booking, delayed refund

Good day. We bought two vouchers from dadys deals on saturday the 1st of june. Before we bought the vouchers we first called Aloe ridge. We asked if we will be able to book for the 7th and the 8th if we buy a voucher from dadys deals. They said that we must first buy the vouchers to confirm a booking but that it will be highly unlikely becauce of the 80 rooms available. We then bought the vouchers from Daddys deals and we only recieved the vouchers on tuesday the 4th. We immediatly calle Aloe ridge and forwarded the vouchers per e-mail. They said that they will confirm the booking. We called a the afternoon and Mchelle told us that she was to busy to read through her emails to confirm our booking. On wednesday we called again two or three times with the same answer. We recieved a mail on thursday that we were not booked becauce of unforseen circumstances. I was furious and demanded my money back. Michele told us that Dady's deals must refund. I called Daddys deals on thursday morning and they said that they will refund us but will only do the WFT the next day. The lady said that they allready did the refunds for the day. We lost out on a weekend and must wait for our money till the 10th.
