Did not issue vouchers & would not refund my money

My log in name is Belle Nyamboli and I purchased the following deal from groupon

since 5 Feb 2012. I paid for 12 deals (R 1200) and till today, the vouchers have not been issued. I called them a several times, after long wait before someone got to me and told me there was an error and the vouchers were never issued and can no longer be issued. I requested a refund and they said they'd give it to me. Till today, still nothing, despite several emails. and I am really unhappy about it. They wont give me the vouchers nor the money. I bought the photo book deal for our wedding photos but it's taken so long that I have already had our photos purchased at some other place.
I have now immigrated from South Africa and will not be able to use the vouchers anyway - if they are ever issued. all I want is my money back. Its sad but I don't think I'd ever buy from Group on again. I have had a couple of vouchers rejected by suppliers but they were minor amounts so I did not bother to pursue the complaint due to tedious process of getting them on phone, but R 1200 is a significant amount and I will really like it back, pleas
