Waiting for a refund since 9th May 2013

Mrs Ndlovu who is my direct report had gone to fetch her chronic medication 21st Dec 2012. she was advised that she will have to pay cash and claim this back. there has been numerous mails back and forth when finally the team leader Abdul Dalvie commited to a payout date of the 9th May 2013. to date nothing has happened. Below is the last mail sent to him:

Hi Abdul

Obviously looking at the below mails you have committed to a stipulated pay out date of 9th May 2013. It is almost a month and no payout has been done. I honestly think the time and resources used by Nokuthula to continuously follow up and try to resolve is way too much that you guys have not even considered reimbursing her. It seems like you guys are making her run for her money so unfortunately on this instance I will go public with this complaint should I not receive a response in her favor by 12:00 today. Please could you also supply me with your managers details in order for me to escalate further and inform your heads on the wonderful service and turnaround time you guys offer to your clients. Honestly I am disgusted in your pathetic service and I surely hope this is my last dealing with you and your company.
